The list of benefits from yoga goes on and on! Chrissy has used yoga in her own life to get through many of the different challenges in life such as cancer, loss of a loved one, and pre and post pregnancy.
Chrissy has trained with Yogafit (Level 1 & 2), Dana Baptiste at Centered City Yoga (500 hour teacher training), and most currently with Tiffany Wood (Anusara teacher training).
Chrissy offers group classes in the Salt Lake City Valley and private sessions upon request.
